• Material texture and natural fabric characteristics;

• Placement and alignment tolerances inherent to production; and

• Measurements and sizing tolerances.

Product images are intended to represent the merchandise offered but may not reproduce every characteristic with complete precision.

Size charts and garment measurements are approximate. Customers are encouraged to review all available sizing information before purchasing.

Minor variations inherent to manufacturing do not necessarily constitute defects. However, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights regarding damaged, defective, materially misrepresented, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise nonconforming products.

Product availability, specifications, and selection may change. Any material substitution affecting an accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the customer's available rights.

5. Made-to-Order Production

Many Side Door Supply products are produced, printed, embroidered, or otherwise prepared after an order is submitted.

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase, and processing may begin before shipment.

Because production can begin promptly, requests to cancel or modify an order are not guaranteed.

Once an order enters production, we may be unable to change:

• Product selection;

• Size or color;

• Quantity;

• Artwork or design;

• Shipping address; or

• Shipping method.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible requests when feasible, but production and fulfillment limitations may prevent modifications.

Made-to-order production does not eliminate any statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection rights.

All order changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Unless otherwise specified, prices displayed on the Website are listed in U.S. dollars.

Product prices and promotions may change without notice for future purchases.

Products ordered together may be fulfilled at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Separate shipments do not necessarily indicate that an order is incomplete or that an item was omitted.

Production, shipping, and delivery timeframes displayed on the Website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

We will maintain a reasonable basis for our advertised shipping timeframes and comply with applicable laws concerning shipment delays, customer notification, cancellation options, and refunds.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notice, consent request, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, extreme weather, service interruptions, holidays, and other transportation or fulfillment delays.
